I am applying for the Senior Project Manager post (ref. NHT-2231). I am a PRINCE2 Practitioner and Scrum Master with eight years delivering software and infrastructure programmes in public services, and I meet each of the essential criteria in the person specification.
Delivery at scale: at Meridian Public Services I delivered a €4M case-management replacement across three agencies in fourteen months, on time and 3% under budget, managing a blended team of twenty-two and a steering group of six directors. Governance: I introduced RAID logging and monthly benefits tracking, later adopted as the department standard. Stakeholder management: I ran the change programme for 1,400 end users with a satisfaction score of 4.3 out of 5 at go-live.
I understand the Trust is consolidating three patient administration systems over the next two years; that programme shape is very close to the work I have just completed, and I would value the opportunity to contribute.
