I rented one of your e-bikes last month and noticed the unlock flow asks for a payment method before it shows the price. I mention it because that is the kind of small, fixable friction I have spent six years finding and removing, and it is why your Senior Product Designer opening caught my attention.
At Helio Health I led the onboarding redesign that took activation from 38% to 57% and cut setup-related support tickets by 44%. The work started with sixty usability sessions and four diary studies, and ended with a design system that twenty engineers now build on. I care as much about how a design ships as how it looks.
