About the role

Job Summary: The Team Leader is an integral part of the support team, responsible for meeting the practical, physical, and emotional needs of the individuals we support within the service. Through a key worker system, they will design individual support programmes and coordinate the delivery of these packages by a group of Support Workers and themselves.
